What Does The PTO Do?

Organize: Organize school events, family activities, and fundraising is a key point to the PTO.

Enhance: Through fundraising efforts, we help fund extra PTO funded field trips, buy supplies for students and teachers, buy playground equipment, beautify the courtyards, help with school events throughout the year, and much more!

Support: We aim to provide support for our students, staff, and Humann families.

Involve: We help to plan events, during and outside of school hours, which bring us all together as one big Humann family! Look for announcements throughout the year with opportunities the volunteer!

Volunteering At Humann

LPS requires all volunteers to go through an application process before volunteering at a school. Volunteer applications are required to help with any classroom activity, field trips, or school PTO events. Volunteer applications are good for three school years. Any parent or family member volunteering for a field trip must be a Level 2 volunteer.
